Toothache

Often people contact us after waking up with toothache and a swollen face, asking us to see them as a one off emergency.  We do not offer one off emergency treatment.  We are a private practice dedicated to giving excellent care.  This means we review your mouth regularly at routine examinations, we advise you on the best way to maintain your oral hygiene and aim to keep your teeth for life.  New Patients are of course seen the same day if suffering from pain, this is not a full treatment and will not completely deal with all the problems.

If you are not registered with a dentist it is important to do this as soon as possible. Otherwise you may end up spending hours waiting at walk in centres or ringing the Emergency Service helpline for advice.

Whether you register with an NHS Practice or a Private Practice you need to ensure you can be seen for a dental emergency as soon as it happens.

Toothache should be addressed quickly to prevent further problems with your teeth or gums.

If you wish to register as an ongoing patient then please call Tavistock Drive Dental Care on 0115 9602717 and our friendly reception staff will arrange a suitable appointment.
