In February we started a new payment scheme for appointments with our hygienists.  Over a month trial period we have decided not to continue to charge towards the next routine appointment.

Our computer programme is not able to deal with this situation easily (or the staff!) and it was rapidly becoming obvious that the system would cause more problems than it was worth.

We do hope that all our patients will arrive on time and on the right day as we send text messages the week before for all appointments and the day before for hygienist appointments as well.

With this in mind, please make sure we have your correct contact numbers as this is often where problems occur.

If you need to cancel an appointment please give us at least 2 days notice so we have the chance to book that time out again.
