First – we will be ringing patients who have already contacted us with problems over the last 3 months.

Second – we will ring patients who are on Simplyheath/Denplan to offer them check up appointments.

Thirdly we will ring patients who had to be cancelled from March onwards in order of cancellation.

We realise it could be a while until you are seen and we apologise for any delays.

We will do our best to see everyone who wants to be seen as soon as possible but appointment times have changed.

It will take much longer for all appointments due to taking more detailed medical history information and Coronavirus risk assessments.
